Salutations

My name is Nikki and this is my blog. Exciting isnt it? Perhaps not really. Anyway, after much thought and consideration I decided to give this personal blog a last ditch effort. I have had these things before, a couple were rather successful, but I grew tired of it. No one who is on the web would remember me now though, so this is a fresh start. Ah, the glory days of personal websites and blogs. The days I would spend cooped up in front of my weezing computer for hours upon hours waiting to see how many people would visit, what nifty layout I could design next, and continuously editing my playlist. Yes, the glory days of the early 2000s where multiple individuals would do just as I stated above; though at the time, none of us would admit to it.

So here I am yet again, cooped up in front of my now spiffy blood red laptop, committing the atrocity yet again. What sparked my interest to do this? Well, Ive been battling a cold – with swine flu like symptoms – for the past few days. I was lounging around, gaining some much needed relaxation time and hopped onto my laptop. Stumble Upon is a magnificent thing; it can keep me occupied for an extended amount of time. Anyway, I came across some website type of sites…no duh, what other kind of sites would be on the web, really…and I just figured why not? And so it begins.

I will keep this first post short, though I am sure my excitement for this new adventure will cause me to post at least one more time today; not that anyone will read it seeing as though no one but me currently knows about it. Not for long though, I guarantee you. My quest for personal blog/website domination has now begun, so watch out >.>. NOTE: Heavy HEAVY sarcasm. Have a nice one.
